Public demo route
Click "Use sample bureau (test mode)" in Stage 1 to run the entire 7-stage flow client-side — no database, no API keys required. The AI interpretation step (Stage 6) needs an AI provider key wired into .env.local; everything else (extraction, ratings, ratios, DL-CIS, simulator) is deterministic and runs in the browser.
